Bo is pretty much already signed. No way does he have a standard DWCS contract.

UFC is just using this show as a platform to build him up. They literally just did a promo a week before his fight.

This. They're juicing him for ratings and buzz for DWCS. UFC has been in the Bo Nickel business for a year already if you peep their website and social media.

He did. He penciled him in for another Contender series show because he wasn’t sold on him. Yet he was sold by a 17 year old with no martial arts background, decisioning sloppy brawlers in an obscure Mexican Rodeo promotion.
