That seems probable for the state charges, but I think the federal charges will be less forgiving.

there is not a single thing you said i dont agree with. however, something still tells me he never sees a day in jail no matter how long he tries to ride this out. the tide is turning in his favor once again with a large portion in the black community and they are starting to see this as an "us vs. them" type of deal. And i dont think the powers that be will want to fan the racial flames. its sad that that is where we have gone though

Yeah. It's a shame, she was really pretty before Marxism and you can still sort of see that even now. Lots of girls have been destroyed by that shit, it's sad.

Btw, If he committed a crime, why wouldn’t he go to jail? What do these people on the left gain when he is not put to trial??
