This is thread for European MMA news from smaller but interesting MMA organisations.

This week SBC 25 is in Novi Sad, some interesting fights on card.

The upcoming event is gonna be real nice, with Khalidov back and the FW belt being contested. Eager to see Musaev win too.

  • KSW because it's the largest.
  • FEN because some of my mates fight / fought there.

LMAO Pokrajac fighting Falcao again, looked like shit in their first fight. Is he even medically fit to fight? Martin Lewandowski said in an interview once, that they probably would have offered him a fight in KSW, but their doctors won't clear him.

Btw. What's the deal with Megdan? I see they are holding an event in a 19k arena with Vaso Bakocevic and Zuluzinho (wtf ?!). Are they really able to fill this arena? Their social media numbers aren't that impressive, to be honest.

They said that there is only 500 tickets left in 20k seats Arena.

I was thinking to go on event but card is so weak, Vaso Bakocevic vs can, and Zulu vs guy with negative score Lol
 
Finally they released full card. This is the worst card ever in big MMA arena show. This is card for local night club MMA event not for 20k seats Arena.



Zulu is fighting again against same opponent that he fought on Megdan 4.

I'm in Novi Sad and I'm 25 again?!

On topic, I really like Eurpean MMA. Most regional American MMA isn't up to snuff to be quite honest. There are a few regional American shows that I like, but European MMA shows have their shit together in a way that we don't over here in the States. Russian shows are my favorite.
 
SBC had a great event yesterday, there is video of the whole event on their Facebook page.

Pokrajac won with spinning elbow and GnP, another big win for Tortora Lourerio, he will probably sign with some big promotion after this. Julija Pajic is the first WMMA star in the Balkans, check her Instagram.

SBC had 6 events this year, that is a big number of events for European promotions, they already announced events for February, March and April 2020.
For event in March they announced that Goran Reljic and Bojan Velickovic will fight on the card. Maybe we will see Santoshi Ishii also again in the SBC.

I'm glad that they are doing good, because they are having really good fight card every event with lot of fighters from ChuteBox and other teams from Brazil and young talents from the Balkans.
 
So Vaso killed some random can with stomps, and he announced another fight on FN in Russia for 2 weeks



Zuluzinho also defeated some guy with a negative score, and rumors are that we maybe see an open weight fight on next Megdan, Vaso vs Zulu
 
EFC 83 this Saturday with 2 title fights
Not european but there isn't a thread for african MMA and there is a french woman fighting in the co-ME. Generally a quite average card besides Du Plessis his returrn to the EFC.

New "Afro-European" Organization Ares Fighting Championship, is also holding an Event this Weekend. A lot of european or in europe living fighters on this card. It's on UFC fight pass I think.

A few recognizable names. But this fightcard somehow feels quite random, especially since this event takes place in Senegal. Looks a bit like Fernand Lopez just wanted to give his guys some fights and filled the rest of the card with the next best he could get, after a quick research on sherdog/tapology.
Oumar Kanes debut should be interesting, though.

Eric Olsen, guy with 80 BK fights, sing up with Megdan for fight in March, he wants to fight Zuluzinho

Zuluzinho was guest on Croatian podcast, he was talking about some interesting things from Pride days.

 
Great job for SBC, after Reljic and Velickovic.

 
Or maybe fight against Santoshi Ishii for HW title.
