Let's play a game of staples and favorites

Protein : Milk, whey, minced beef, chicken breast & wings, turkey breast, protein pudding

Complex carbs : oatmeal, bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, literary any

Healthy fats : avocado, olive oil, coconut fat, eggs, dairy, meat, diverse nuts, peanut butter, rarely seeds, cocoa powder or dark chocolate
I only fry in medium heat with virgin olive oil or coconut fat. Also if the meat is fat I might just fry it in its own juice. Rarely also bake something.

Fruits : mango, Pinaple, raspberries, blueberries. Then also pretty much any fruit like grapes and melons.

Veggies : bell peppers, anything that lands on my plate by chance like food from work. I could up my veggies but fruits are ready to eat and veggies gotta be preppared

Drinks : water, milk, 100% fruit juices store bought, smoothies, selfmade juices
Coffee : 2 - 3 a day, with milk and sugar. Late machiato is my favorite.

Sweets : chocolate, ice cream, cake. I don't eat some gummies or candy from just sugar it's gotta be a full taste. I always had a huge sweet tooth so this is pretty random when it happens it happens. I don't try to fight it much. I probably would have 15% less body fat if it wasn't for the sweets throughout my life.
Also eating fruit helps not care about eating sugary candy and chocolate. I'd rather eat a whole Pinaple.

Alcohol : super rare but something that's sweet, something mixed with juice

Spices : simply yes. Just anything I randomly Feel like adding

I also eat anything aviable at work from fish to whatever it is that looks healthy and satisfying. I might eat 15x at work or 3x it varies a lot. I also might eat out anything sometimes from pizza to Thai rice or fries or cake. If it's McDonald's, super rare, then 2 double chilli cheese, at least it has got meat

I also eat things not mentioned like picking up some fish or even rarely pork or lasagna ect. Well I avoid pork entirely, but it happens rarely. I only enjoy crispy bacon. I go several months without any pork.

However my calories and macros are Horrible. I just took some pictures and look fat. Well my belly is huge. I need to eat leaner, pay attention to less fat. Cut out sugars. Eat less. Or eat more lean sources of food. I'm fat. My excuse is I look still better then anyone at 6 foot 260 pounds. I would love to get down to 94 kg.

So it's not just quality but quantity and food choices. Macros matter too.

Now my blood work is good.

I realised my poor sleeping habbits ruin 8 out of 10 potential workouts.

Hey a lot can be done in 6 months. I better start applying.

The worst workout will always be the one you didn't get in.

Edit : the worst workout is the one where you injured yourself stupidly. And also if you should've stayed home to recover but instead pounded your central nervous system and just damaged instead of built yourself up. Now experience will teach you the difference. And being honest with yourself.
