Here's the hit single of that album.
Early 2000's nostalgia for me. <45>

With Moms money: Prince’s Batman Soundtrack
With my own: Alanis Morissette - Jagged Little Pill

Most likely it was Metallica i started listening to them at a pretty young age mainly due to my oldest sister listening to them..

It was one of these albums

Ratt - Out of the Cellar
Twisted Sister - Stay Hungry
Van Halen - 1984

They all came out in 1984, but I no longer remember which one I bought first

The first I think I bought with my own money is The Smiths - The Queen is Dead.

Damn, that album actually aged pretty well for me now that I actually know all the songs it was parodying.

This was from the first album I bought when I was in high school I think

This is my favorite song of theirs

pearl jam's ten was the first album i bought., back when cd's were just coming out.

It was either Metallica's Master of Puppets or Rage Against the Machine's Evil Empire.

Mine was Lovebug Starski - House On The Hill 7"

No idea what the first album was, albums were expensive, we used to tape from other people then go into Our Price and steel the cassette covers
