My younger brother had today Football (Soccer) training.

They had to do this circuit.

Battle Ropes, Plank, Medicine Ball Slam, Core Training. Each exercise 15 seconds. So, 1 minute in total. Then 20 seconds rest. This circuit 3 times in a row.

Is this lactic or a-lactic training?

Lactic. The alactic systems are only good for, generally speaking, much less than a minute. And especially doing the circuit more than once, with only 20 seconds rest between?
 
Crappy workout imo.
Why do you say that? You don't know the purpose or see the bigger picture of their training so I don't know how you can make that opinion.
