[Credo]

A friend of mine died in a car accident this thursday. A very good man. I’m beyond sad.

So now that i’m on Sherdog i want to say RIP to Frankie once again.

I’m in a sauna by the sea right now at my summer house, a couple of beers, feeling like a million bucks. Life is unfair.
