BT's new Web Protect doesn't like Sherdog, and afaik it automatically is switched on, so you may be able to browse here on your mobile/4G device but not on you WiFi or LAN connection.
To resolve this do the following:
Log into your My BT portal https://www.bt.com/ then my BT
About half way down the page, you'll see "Your Security" :
Click on Manage
Locate BT Web Protect and switch off
Sherdog will start working again.
