This was a great workout. The DB Bench PR had me really stoked and the dips went really well. Starting to really get to full depth on them and I feel like I'm making progress doing them. The last 2 reps of the last set were a tad bit of a struggle but I got 'em done.

20 minutes of steam room

Had a massage before the workout today for some elbow/forearm pain I've been having and the squats were all super hard. It was weird because 240 was easier than the earlier sets. The third rep was struggle but I had at least 2 more in the tank. When I got to the GHRs something felt "off" and I decided to call it. Did some foam rolling on each quad and hip. Deload next week.

It's a deload week so, no prs and tracking weight not really worth it. My right forearm/elbow is staring to feel better

This pain has been persistent for longer than I'm okay with just knuckling through. I've been working out and not really taking it easy.

Chiro wants me to chill so, chill I shall. Looks like cardio is back on the menu boys.
