Heavy Bag / Boxing Training

heavyweight division X heavy bag weight X specific training programs.

How should I choose the bag size for power training ? Does anyone know any training for this purpose? 70, 100, 150 lbs? Is the weight fighter important for that?

For a heavyweight I would go with 130-150 lb heavy bag.

I am 185lb and a 100-110 perfect for power shot.
