Help with my routine (strength / mobility exercises)

So you lockout your hips and knees and don't swing your arms.
Hop up and down on a 6" box using only your ankles.
And fire your tibialis anteriors the entire time with 120 lbs of force?
Well honestly can't even get off the ground shins or no shins so the resistance is clearly peak!

Just wondering as far as strength and mobility goes has anyone ever tried any of the online prehab/rehab paths? I myself dont know a lot about fitness but ive been looking at bulletproof for bjj, thePrehab guys, and bjjprehab. They seem to have a plan laid out with exercises for strength and mobility. Anyone ever try any of these to start working on both the strength/mobility. Not sure if that will help give you additional routines or not. I was thinking of maybe doing yoga for bjj and maybe learning compound lifts.
