Some german news show made a short documentary about this, apparently these phones were used by the colombian coke cartell as well.
Some guys from Hamburg in Germany got in a feud with them over some stolen stuff, in the netherlands some drug dealers were ready to execute their rivals mafia style with containers, each one had a dentist chair in the middle with straps to tie people down and torture them the ground was covered in plastic.
