I meant him in person a couple years ago and pictures dont do him justice. The guys forearms are the size of a normal person's thigh.

EVERYBODY IS ON DRUGS. You can get muscle while sitting on your ass for months at a time, and when you do hit the gym, you can work out harder, longer, and more often WHILE having shit form and using shit sets and reps. That's why you see all these dudes start to deflate and weaken once USADA came around. They never learned how to train and eat right to begin with because they didn't have to.

Of course. But by that point most people know gains are bad for the heart. 50 and jacked is close to heart attack. 50 and thin live long and win.
