Do you budget your monthly food spending? We eat out in restaurants a lot, so we spend quite a bit on food. We average around 1k a month on food total.

I have a budget but not a strict food budget. Looks like I spent around $5200 last month on food, which is pretty typical but probably a little less than pre-COVID.

I am not too sure. Your mom buys all my groceries.

Ask her.

For the last year it's only been about $100/month or less usually weekends.

My job has been providing free breakfast and lunch. Probably have 2 months of that left because they are pushing for mandatory vaccination which isn't going to fly

I don't budget my food costs, but have been guessing here of late that I'll be spending a good amount less in food. I'm on a wild fish diet and the fish I'm buying is not that expensive.

Looks like I'll be in the minority with my food costs being lower. I keep reading about food inflation fears. Makes sense as everyone I know has been complaining about higher grocery bills of late.

Budget around £900 every 4 weeks or $1250. Not including takeaways or takeaway coffee for the wife.

That covers for 4 adults , 3 cats and 2 dogs.

$200.00 per week, 4 weeks...$800 a month plaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaya!

A lot actually. Like roughly 500€ for me only. I buy local and high quality ingredients. But I spend even more on drugs.
The trade-off is driving a 2009 car.

Here in Argentina we spend about 3K pesos per week max with my GF. Half of that is in meat.

So 12K at month wich is about 90 dollars. LOL. Add 20 bucks of ice cream give or take.

Good question. I'd assume around 1000-1200 per month. We cook a lot, usually at least once per day & eat out too.

Less than $300 when I’m dieting. Probably $600+ with snacks, restaurants, fast food, etc.
