How to water flush?

Been doing well on a diet and exercise routine but today I picked pho as my one meal for the day and I know when I weigh in tomorrow I'll be bloated with water due to the sodium. Is there any way To combat the temporary bloat from a high sodium meal?
 
Too late now for this time but how about not limiting sodium so much in your daily diet that you have this reaction in the first place?
And no, I'm not trolling.

Yeah I notice I sweat like crazy during the next workout after a sodium heavy meal. Giving this a go and will see what tomorrow brings.

I'll purposely increase my salt intake during the summer so I can sweat more. I'm a really salty sweater too so I feel like I need more on average during the hotter months. When I get heat exhaustion it's usually because I'm not retaining enough water to produce sweat. Pretty hard to cool down when your electrolytes are all fucky.
