One is not somewhere you start out, you have to fight regional then as you grow and rack up wins you will meet people over time.

Step 1. Win a Bellator Championship.
Step 2. Get the UFC to trick you into thinking they will sign you.
Step 3. Convince Bellator to let you out of your contract.
Step 4. UFC does not sign you.
Step 5. Happily join the One Org.
