I can really feel the added bjj and sparring on my body. Lifting is taking a hit due to it, but I'm still getting lifts in. Just, not progressing much due to infrequency.

Drilled some guard to belly down arm bar stuff, spider guard passing

Positional rolling, many rounds.

Starting to get my mojo back, feeling closer to my pre pandemic self as far as timing and balance, comfortability, etc. Passing guards I had trouble with a few months ago, hitting good movement in scrambles and transitions.
