Puelles vs Haqparast might work, although Puelles hadn't fought in over 1.5 years since his last fight. Haqparast probably deserves more of a step up in competition at this point than Puelles.
Fiorot vs Cortez makes sense in that they are both unranked but the UFC would like to push both of them and it is best to avoid "prospect vs prospect" fights most of the time. They can always meet down the line when the fight is bigger like how Adesanya vs Costa was built up.
Youseff Zalal might get cut but this fight was a split decision and also one of his losses is to Ilia Topuria who is an absolute killer. Might get one more shot.
Salikhov vs Morono could be fun but you could say Salikhov deserves more of a step up, he is on a 5 fight win streak and Morono is 2-2 in his last 4 fights.
Staropoli has lost 3 in a row, now 2-3 in the UFC so yes he will probably get cut.
Rozenstruik deserves more of a step up in competition now imo. Best option for him would be Curtis Blaydes. Tybura can have the loser of Gane vs. Volkov.
Walt Harris is in the good graces of the UFC despite the losing streak and obviously has a lot of sympathy for his situation in regards to his recent personal struggles etc. It's more likely they give him a significant step down in opposition, perhaps an unranked opponent that he can hopefully blast away and get back on track.
