Spent last week in Hawaii working. Was super busy, but got a hike in on Monday.

Hiked the Kuliouou Ridge Trail on Oahu. This is a 4 mile hike with an elevation gain to 2200 feet (hike starts at 400' above sea level). Lots of switchbacks & micro-climates - really beautiful. It was foggy & sometimes rainy when we went, so the trail was muddy, which made it more challenging on the steeper parts. Still had a great time. Took just under 4 hours.

Tried to do squats a couple of days ago but my knee just said no. Got in this morning & knee held up so I was able to get some work done.

Had my BF% checked today. Currently 240.7 @ 15.4% BF. Better than I expected, tbh. Gonna try to lean out a bit for summer so my dick looks bigger.

Good stuff today - chest is fried. Also 10x225 is probably an all-time PR, so that's cool. Might try a 1RM next week for fun.
