Yeah, I'm still trying to wrap my hands around striking systems. While I think boxing is the most pragmatic,,, it does or rather boxing stylists do some stuff I don't find particularly illuminating. <Bottle.gif>Shadowboxing is one aspect I warm up to then go cold again.
 
I used to do Jiu Jitsu, as well
