Jordan and Nash being paired together makes this too easy.
They should have paired Jordan with the worst player on the list to balance it out. But prime Nash is the best pg on that list. They dominate.
Yeah this is the objectively correct answer. You'd have 2 guys with speed, size, and ability well above everyone else in almost every match up.hakeem and kawhi in there primes would get my vote. The best defensive duo. A complimentary inside outside double threat. Give them 3 scrubs who just stay out of the way and those 2 could carry you on both ends. No real weaknesses either othjer than needing someone to get the ball up the court and into the offense.
jordan was a horrific 3 point shooter at that point of his career. he was around 15% from three his first 4 seasons and made a total of 30 threes (only 7 in 82 games in the year in the OP, guys do that in a single game today). Nash was terrible on defense. Kidd and Kobe wouldnt compliment each other. Kidd was best pushing the ball and finding the open man. Kobe was too iso, kidd strengths wouldnt be utilized with him watching kobe go one on one.

Jordan's era didn't utilize much 3 point shooting but if it had he would have been a killer, like he was at everything else. Its kinda overblown though considering Jordan didn't need a 3 ball to be the most prolific scorer in NBA history. He still averaged more points per game than anyone today who is launching 3's every possession down the court and he only needed 2's to do it. In today's era Jordan would average 40-50ppg.
In today’s era Jordan would be a poor man’s Zach Levine.Jordan's era didn't utilize much 3 point shooting but if it had he would have been a killer, like he was at everything else.
