How old are you? Is this your first time taking any kind of steroid or sarm? What have your gains been like? Also, I might have asked this before but does ostarine improve your dick game like trt and some steroids? What about after you stop? Is your sex drive suppressed at all?

I have no advice to give on any of this. I never have and probably never will use anything (except maybe low dose trt when I get old, like 60-70+ years old). Just curious.

Guys! You say ostarine heals joints. But I found out it is banned in Russia (posession is a criminal offence) because some jackass of an athlete got busted for it after Olympics. What other SARMs have same effect and dont make one's dick fall off? My joints need healing, and doctors only provide chondroprotectors that dont work.

My knees and elbows ache often. No bone deformations (yet?) but it hinders my training.
Important remark- if i don't train, they hurt more and more as my muscles and tendons weaken.

If you have a chronic problem like arthritis then I doubt ostirine is going to offer you any type of pretty long term relief.

If you haven't already, seeing a physical therapist or kinesiologist may be able to assess your body mechanics and perhaps some muscular imbalances that are causing your pain. They can show you ways to modify your activities while you focus on corrective exercises to improve your symptoms.

    Thanks for the advice.
I've seen a doctor, done an xray and ultrasound of both elbows and knees, and they showed no serious pathology. Will search for a kinesiologist though, I havent been to such a specialist yet.

Sarms are now banned in Australia. Well not banned but prescription only, and doctors can't give a prescription because they are still in clinical testing. Well played fun police.

40 and I gained a few kilos of lean muscle with a pretty brutal training regime and eating everything. Didn't really effect sex drive at all, maybe a 5% swing at most, can't say I noticed anything.

We'll see if it's dangerous in a few decades but it seems pretty ok.

That sucks hard, I believe BPC 157 and TB500 would be my go to for joints. It'll help tendons more, actual joint ware and tear means stem cells is probably the best route. Expensive shit.

If anyone is interested I tried that ligandrol, lgd4033 and I can't recommend. Fucked with sleep horribly in 2nd and 3rd weeks, suppressed a bit. Probably better mass cultivation possible from it, better strength etc. I got dehydrated after it and my kidneys were sore which is likely a result of liver damage. Lots of water and being healthy has got everything good but I ain't messing with that shit ever again. I'm not a side effect fan.

So far mk 2866 seems to be the best of all worlds.

    Has anyone tried SR9009 stenabolic?

I've been reading the literature on it and it sounds too good to be true. Only side I've seen reported is a stomach ache. Exercise in a bottle. Activates genes involved in circadian rhythm and essentially overclocks it. Mad focus in the day, deepest sleep at night, fat loss, cardiac health and crazy recovery.

Looks like the inventor doesn't think it's good to take because of some potentially toxic compounds within it. He says it's not orally bio available but people all report success taking orally. He's working on derivatives from it so maybe he's motivated.

More research needed before going near it personally but it seems interesting.

SR9009 has very poor bioavailability from what I read......... SR9011 is similar but slightly better bioavailability..........

Tried SR9011 didn't get much from it to be honest, it was from a reputable supplier.....

Ok... I'm about 2 weeks in.

    Ostarine
    Andarine
    Cardarine

Currently between 190-195lbs... hoping to cut a little more weight, but mostly wanting to be very defined for the first time in my life. Lost a lot of weight over the last few years.

I've been taking a ton pics because I really want to document how this goes over the 12 weeks. Created a separate Instragram page for tracking so I'm not spamming my friends/family with my gym pics... lol. I'm thinking that I'm around 12% BF currently, but it's so hard to self analyze... lol. I can't keep my eyes off the problem areas.

Lifting 5 days per week (sometimes 6) while doing light cardio 4 days per week and doing longer runs 2 days per week. Trying to keep daily calories between 1,800-2,100... just depending on daily activities. Also, I'm 47... so MFP wants me around 1,500-1,600 calories for an average day. I've had a few days where it seems my hunger is running out of control...like this afternoon.

I know it's way early, but I seem to have plenty in the tank for workout sessions, like I could go up to two hours if I had the time. However, I have had a few workouts where I couldn't quite hit the planned number of reps. But there's lots of other factors in play there as well. Getting progression these days is a slow process anyway.
