yea that's definitely the question here. need to see what kind of shape hendricks is in, too
i really don't get how cain is the favorite still.. that was as comprehensive of a beating as you can get, and finished him...
most undeserving rematch in ufc title fight history? dude fights like once a year and gets smoked... immediate rematch...
Are you waiting to bet Werdum in hope that BM opens him better than +125 or the line moves up on its own? Or locking in a bet now at the available +125?
from all of the people i hear backing cain (whom i guess have not all bet him yet) -- i'm waiting. price watching. i'll be on werdum, flat-out, but hoping to get a better price
Yeah, same for me so far.
UFC 196 - Heavyweight 3 rounds - MGM Grand Garden Arena - Las Vegas, Nevada - PPV
Sat 2/6 1201 Jared Rosholt +105 o1½ -115
11:00PM 1202 Roy Nelson -145 u1½ -125
kinda like both rosholt AND the over
stabbing @ rosholt +120.. even tho it prolly makes sense to just play rosholt decision or the over if backing him, heh.
stabbing at O1.5, too
Smashing the O1.5 and hedging with Roy by KO seems pretty solid. Hard to see it ending in any other way before 1.5 rounds.
While I do like that idea, I can't imagine Roy KO having hedgable odds. It would be great though if he got the knockout after 1.5 rounds
True, should be close to his ML. Lets hope it's possible!
Tempted to hit Rosholt as an underdog, although I do think that the odds may get even better. Rosholt probably has the best pure wrestling in the HW division, I know that Nelson is a black belt in BJJ but Rosholt had no problem with Struve on the ground who is a brown belt. The worry is that when Rosholt gasses in the third he can get KOed.
Hendricks opened -277 on bet365. Nice line IMO.
EDIT: Hendricks + Barnett 2u @ +128.
I favor Rosholt actually. I think a boring LNP dec for Rosholt is the most likely outcome.
The worry for me is that Rosholt tends to gass badly in the third and unable to LNP his opponents for long, Johnson nearly KOed him at the end. Rosholt seems to have a weak chin which isn't great when you are going against Big Country.
Just play the over, then...
Not a bad shout, just saw the price. Might play that and then put some on Rosholt if price improves.
Werdum line is back up finally on Bm. +140. Rosholt +140 there, too
I favor both guys outright.
Yea it was like evens last night.. But it kinda covers all bases you described
What's your opinion on the fight btw?
