You were unaware there were sales like these including the full-DLC versions of games on Xbox. Not only do these sales exist on Xbox, but this "Ultimate Game Sale" has become a regular seasonal thing with them, and IMO, it has usurped the "Steam Sale" as the greatest sale tradition in all of videogaming. It's the closest thing to what those Steam sales once used to be. Notice in the link above you can organize by biggest percentage discount.
Below are some examples. I got tired because it just kept going and going. In essence, the 100% DLC edition (or some enhanced version) of practically every single game on Game Pass is on sale
