7. Khasan (needs to fight some better fighters but I think he could be up there).

Omarov, Khizriev, and Pico have the best resume and the bettee shot at performing better at UFC's FW division. Parnasse, Keita, Movlid are pretty solid, too. The jury is still out on Khasan.

I would add Bibert Tumenov to this list and cut Movlid. But yes 145lbs is insane with young, high level talent outside the UFC yet somehow a barren division inside it.

I have an annoying feeling PFL will throw a lot more money at him than the UFC.

Omarov then the rest IMO. I've seen from him in the last 2 years or so what I needed to see and now I think he's already one of the best in the world. An amazing list of young talent though.
