Would be surprised if ONE doesn't sign Bui Yen Ly for this show. Last year she beat Janet Todd, and had a razor close fight with Josephine Knutsson within the span of four days. She's married to a (female) competition bjj player also. I'm sure ONE could find a way to market her.

Vietnam along with the Philippines were the first SEA countries with longer BJJ/grappling history compared to it's neighbors. Thailand could've produced more mma fighters but they were in Vietnam's situation a decade ago regarding weird restrictions against MMA.

Doesn't Thailand allow headbutts lol? Someone should have MMA events there and allow headbutts.

I dont recall any Vietnamese MMA fighters that were actually born in Vietnam other than Cung Le
