Social Patrick Bet-David (Valuetainment) on Rogan podcast. Most political JRE since the election.

I was wondering what took so long for these two to finally talk to each other.

It's like watching two interviewers interviewing each other.

If you like JRE for the politics - they talk about it pretty much the entire time.

Definitely worth watching the whole episode on spotify.

It was a solid podcast but it could've been much better if they didn't talk about culture war for the 1000th time. Patrick has a very interesting story, he could've talked about how Iran turned in what it is now, how was life as a refugee in Germany,
they could've discussed boxing, mma, sports, business, mafia, movies, etc.
You could see that Patrick was kind of disappointed in Joe because he wasn't willing to make a podcast with Trump and Obama or begin a new social media platform. It seems like Joe is very content with what he has now and has no ambitious whatsover.

Once again, the unvaccinated are the ones filling the hospitals. For some reason this needs to be repeated over and over again.

The goal is not to clog up hospitals during natural disasters and getting vaccinated is one of those ways.
So it's been proven that the vaccine prevents or curbs contraction of covid?

In any case the only advice anyone should be giving about hurricanes is that 9/10 we know they are going to hit weeks in advance, how about gtfo of those danger areas when you know your home is about to get wrecked.

You covid clowns need to stop being women about this whole thing. If you're that concerned with public health, we are still waiting on your push to make national fitness/health a priority.

No they aren't... but I don't expect you to know otherwise..

Alabama man dies after 43 hospitals with full ICUs turned him away; family urges COVID-19 vaccines

CHICAGO (NewsNation Now) — The family of an Alabama man who died of heart issues more than 200 miles from his home is asking people to get vaccinated against the coronavirus after more than 40 hospitals across three states were unable to accept him due to full cardiac ICUs.

Ray Martin DeMonia died Sept. 1; three days before his 74th birthday, his family said.
DeMonia suffered a heart attack and was transferred to the nearest available bed, which was more than 200 miles away at Rush Foundation Hospital in Meridian, Mississippi.

In his obituary, his family urged people to get vaccinated against COVID-19.

A lot of people board up their homes and settle in for hurricanes, it's a lot cheaper than getting out. Very common.

Getting vaccinated before the storm makes a lot of sense. If it turns out to be a bigger storm and wrecks your area, not only will you almost certainly have less access to hospitals, you might find yourself out of your home and exposed to a lot of people. In a pandemic. When resources are scarce.

On some level you must see the logic.

Rogan is what is referred to in Ireland as a "pub talker".
Full of opinions and like a donkey's cock he is big when he is out, but when tested he will fold like a cheap tent...... case in point his opinions on covid that there is nothing to worry about if you are fit and healthy... and how did that end up.... he gets Covid, shits himself, then pumps himself with every treatment and chemical he can get his hands on; many of which are outside the reach of the saps that hang on his every word.

Agreed. Good luck gasping for air and trying to get an ambulance to your house in the middle or aftermath of a severe storm, plus you will not be the only one calling for an ambulance. Even a less chance of a rapid response if you are obese and require a bariatric ambulance which are fewer in number.

"I didn't say 100% is going to happen, I said 100%, it could happen" - Joe Rogan

<Huh2> This fucking guy.

Seems like a reasonable distinction; saying something is absolutely possible doesn't mean it's absolutely going to happen.

people with vaccines still get covid and go to the hospitals.

At a much lower rate. Even with 5 months of efficacy waning Pfizer decreases the risk of hospitalisation due to COVID by 92.7%.

So yes, high rates of vaccination will keep hospital beds available for when they are needed for natural disasters.

they tried that. It didn't go over so well with our fellow citizens that donned red hats a few years later.

Also, besides the fact almost nothing is going to put a significant dent in the obesity rate in a short time span, even if it could be done with two injections three weeks apart, it would having nothing on the efficacy of an mRNA vaccine in terms of preventing severe COVID.

lol at the Biden clip ... " a vital part preparing for hurricane season is to get vaccinated now. Everything is more complicated in natural disasters. " ..

Vital part of hurricane prep? <WhatIsThis>

As a native South Floridian that has survived some of the worst parts of Andrew, Katrina, Wilma and everything in between, that sounds like some hardcore shilling for big pharma

Joe Rogan's opinions on COVID-19 shouldn't be taken seriously.

He said "oh if you're healthy and exercise, you don't need the vaccine, your immune system can fight it off, just take zinc."

And what does he do when he gets it? He runs straight to his doctors to "throw the kitchen sink" at it. So much for all that macho shit about being healthy and being able to fight it off naturally.

And the saddest thing is, the vast majority of his listeners who follow his horrible advice aren't multi-millionaires who can just run to their own private team of doctors to "throw the kitchen sink" at it. They'll end up in some shitty overcrowded ICU clinging to life.

All because they didn't want to take a few minutes out of their day to get a FREE shot that has been PROVEN to protect you from getting the virus, and protect you from hospitalization and death if you do get the virus.

Short staffed and
"The Alabama Hospital Association works daily with the state health department and the governor’s office to find staff and resources. However, Hurricane Ida has taken much of it away; federal medical teams are still deployed to help there. They’re urging people to continue to socially distance themselves and only go to the emergency room if it is a true emergency. "

Let me guess a gunshot victim couldn't get treated in Oklahoma either because of hospital shortages either right?. What was the % of non-vaccinated people with COVID in those hospitals? oh that stat isn't given I wonder why. Scare tactics are not going to make people get the vaccines it's going to do the opposite. Taking away some freedoms like being able to go to restaurants because someone don't got the vax won't either. This is fuels the fire of the CT un-vax people who see the moves and question why.

He says people should get the vaccine he was actually going to get it a few months ago but the appointment time mixed up so he had to reschedule. When you get a cold you take Airborn, cough syrup or a headache do you take aspirin ? Why wouldn't he do everything he could to get over it and feel better... Be intellectually honest

If we put things into perspective, the guy became a household name in America via hosting a show that featured people sucking the crap out of pig intestines and swallowing sheep testicles. The Rogan bar being set low is kind of expected

Totally, I can't understand why people would be mad at him.

Well if that was the case, why didn't he just say "it's possible", saying "it's possible" implies that it absolutely is possible...no percentage needed.

Now if he had said "I said 50%, it could happen"..............if he had said that, we would assume that he is saying there is 50% chance of this happening......That's why it doesn't make sense for him to inset 100%, because that could imply that it's 100% chance of this happening.

Basically what Im saying, there was no reason to add the 100% at all....I know what he means that is possible...He is implying that is very very possible....but no reason for the 100%.

I only mentioned it because its something I say all the time to emphasize something is realistically possible, like could happen tomorrow possible, not happen in a thousand years possible.
