Of the list above, I picked squats because I feel they are best overall for me (although I feel like I'm a better/stronger deadlifter.

Not on the list but if I had to pick one movement to stay strong/in shape/explosive it would clean (power/squats/both) and Jerk
 
In fact, the clean and press.

Nothing was a better to compliment to my rowing, deadlifting, military press and out and out fitness than this exericse.
 
It used to be flat bench, but after a decade and a half of injuries it's now incline bench press and I'm doing squats 3-4 times a week so they're growing on me.
 
Used to be the bench, then the deadlift but lately Im loving squats
 
Overhead press, and only because it's the only lift that I'm good at, and that doesn't snap my shit up.

Hit 285 a couple weeks ago. Today, this insanely jacked dude came up and complimented me on that lift when I was hitting the heavy bag. Felt good, man.
 
Anything over three reps is cardio.
