Thank u very much, I am not but I will be soon - since Weds it's Lent so me and a few mates are on a 40-day fast til Easter (Sundays are excluded, allowed to eat something during the day). Been doing this for 3 years now. Not religious or faithfull at all but I felt a benefit from it after the first time and it's also kind of a competition. For us it means to limit our meals to only cereals/fruits in the morning + a regular one in the evening, nothing throughout the day. Don't eat meat, chocolate(worst for me) or sweets, drink alcohol or do any drugs.
