Yan is a good fighter. I like watching him fight, and think he is currently the best bantamweight in the UFC. I would love to see him beat Sterling, Sandhagen and whoever comes after those two, then a rubber match against Magomed Magomedov.

Neither of those men are the same kind of fighter Yan is. It's the pressure that cracked Aldo, he's always liked fighting at his own pace and when people force him to fight more than he wants he starts to gas. Max did this, so did Alex and Yan.

The Volk fight wasn't anything like the other 2. It was a slow paced fight and mostly walling clinch game won Volk it. They barely stood at distance after the 1st.

This is a myth. Aldo does slow down in the Fourth and fifth round but that's different than being gassed out.

Go watch his second fight with Mendes, it was a high pace fight and he looked fantastic throughout the whole fight.
