Progressive Rock/Metal, Power and Traditional Metal Thread

My current listening list is:

Judas Priest - Firepower
Enslaved - RIITIIR
Enslaved - E
Enslaved - Axioma Ethica Odini
Arch Enemy - Will to Power
Babymetal - Babymetal
Babymetal - Metal Resistance
Ministry of Sound - Down Town Funk
Ministry of Sound - When Cool Was King (latter two to break the metal up a bit)

Shame Priest's Tipton has had to step down from touring due to Parkinson's. Mind, he's 70 and has had issues for years, so it's not a complete surprise. Good to see Hell/Sabbat's Andy Sneap sitting in for him on tour.

This is a live version though, sounds so raw and better than studio.

I love the one from Rock in Rio, where Geddy and Alex are a little surprised at the crowd singing along to an instrumental :D

Didn't think Priest still had it in them but their new CD is damn good!

This is the most epic metal song at the moment

Can't get on Youtube at work but this is my favorite album of the year so far.

I am a little shocked that this thread is 25 pages long and no one posted any Sepultura.

Sepultura doesn't fall under what the thread asks for...

Sepultura are Thrash or Folk Metal maybe.

Sepultura is considered "tradiitonal metal" in some circles.
How? I don't hear it at all.

Refuse/Resist, Ratamahatta, Bloody Roots are three completely different styles and they don't fall under either three of the styles that the thread calls for.

Doesn't belong in my thread.

To each his own. Just one more though...
