For some reason I only recently, this year, started really getting into Sloppy Seconds. Always knew they were there but now I'm a fan. I'm a big Vindictives fan, think I didn't pay enough attention to Sloppys as I thought they were doing roughly the same thing. Shame on me

Me and my buddy mort used to sneak down to chicago when something good was goin on. We would both say we were somewhere else then go cuz my mom wasnt real big on 17 year olds going as they pleased

it was a lot easier to get away with some bullshit back in the day

I got high with Paul Leary in Iowa one summer when the Butthole Surfers played there with the Reverend Horton Heat. He put me on the guest list for the next two shows, one in Peoria Il and then in Chicago. And that's how I saw the Butthole Surfers 3 times in 5 days. He's a really nice guy and loves to talk about ufo's and conspiracies.
