Goals:

Zero Drinking
Eat at home: (for financial, new skill and health reasons)

Day 1: 11/20/19
20 Lunges (each leg)
20 Girl Push ups (can't do 1 regular pushup)
20 Sit ups

Felt dead at the end of the 5min session
 
Day 2: 11/21/19
30 Lunges
20 Girl Push Ups
30 Sit Ups
20 Bicep Curls with a medecine ball
 
Day 3: Purchased a Treadmill
Ran 1 Mile in 15minutes. Was exhausted and sweating.
30 Lunges
30 Sit ups
45 bicep curls
20 Girl Push Ups

Ran 2 miles in 34min (felt tired but not as exhausted as the first day)
30 Lunges
30 Girl Push Ups
40 Bicep Curls with a 20lbs medecine ball
30 Leg lifts with 20lbs medecine ball
 
Day 5: 11/24/19
Ran 1 Mile... pending

Nice set up, man. Might be too small for free weights, and you may not want to use barbells etc anyway. But you could put some Kettlebells in there. Maybe a pull up bar although, no offence intended, you will pull ups really difficult until you start to lose weight.
