PRIDE 2.0 is stacked

It's better than Pride. 5-on-1 gauntlet match, Satoshi Souza vs a bjj pioneer, a bjj ambassador, para-bjj practitioner, a comedian and a schoolgirl is worth $20 alone.

I'm in just because of that ridiculous jj exhibition match. Is Souza that much of a phenom?

Well there’s a chance each family member comes in and makes him tap to different submissions.

Yuki Nakai gets him with the guillotine. Edison Kagohara the leglock. Koji Shigemizu manages a suloev stretch. Hiroshi Shinagawa the twister. Then finally Yuna Kimura comes in and secures a... you guessed it... rear naked choke. Souza, humiliated by the moment, attempts to gain back an ounce of dignity by refusing to tap and going out cold. He wakes up to the instant replay however, to see that not only did his entire body involuntarily convulse into a frenetic tapping motion, but he also s*** his pants.

Souza’s stretchered out the ring, but halfway down the aisle the medics decide that ‘F’ it, he’s not worth the energy. So they just drop him on the floor — where various audience members spend the rest of the event trying out their favorite jiu jitsu moves on him.

Is anyone reallly going to pay for this? If so, why?

FYI everyone, this event starts in 35 minutes from this post. Saturday morning at midnight, as in Friday into Saturday and not Saturday into Sunday like usual.

20.00 paywall Hmmmnnn @jei is this card worth it. Ot nah?
It's a hard sell. This isn't one of the stacked Rizin cards. It's one of the more strange ones, and it hurts that three of the five KB matches are dark matches. I'm in because I'm a crazy person, but...it's not one of their better cards, to be frank.

Rizin has had a few mediocre events, but never a full on disappointment. I'm always ready for some Rizin.

My thoughts exactly. Should seem even better after 6 hours if Bellator.
