The issue was caused by a misconfigured cache. There's certain pages that shouldn't be cached. I've seen this happen before on vBulletin, Wordpress, and Drupal.

You need to enter your existing password to change your password, so I'm assuming an accidentally logged in person can't see your password.You should add that changing your email and password to something you only use for Sherdog is super necessary. What happened wasn’t exactly a super bad security glitch but enough to remind you that you shouldn’t use your personal email or password for a site like this
