The only reason I am not a fan of these it looks like it would hurt if it slipped. I liked Thor's own one with a bar for plates in the middle. I wanted to add bags to my workout. Lighter ones not up to 25 to 100 lbs. Seems a good way to simulate dead weights an sand is cheap.I've always liked the looks of these

I've seen videos on making sand bags with gorilla tape. You could probably recreate that the same way if you want to do it on the cheap.This looks kinda interesting for training. No way going to 200 pounds though.

True but I would likely screw that up and for 180.00 dollars I feel like I could get a few good years out of it.
