Um, hello. I'm here with my new training log.

Background: I'm in the Air Force and I do computer stuff. With me having taken my pt test last week, I thought it is time that I finally start a dedicated weightlifting program, and I chose Stronglifts. This is my first time following a dedicated program, before I just did whatever with no coherent organization.

Weight:140 lb.
Height: 66 inches, so 5 feet and 6 inches.

Goals: Build some muscle.

I just want to take Stronglifts as far as I can, and then I'll see where I go next.

UPDATE 1: Post number 44. Shifted to more cardio based workout.

Today: Workout A

Squat (5 x 45lb) x5
Bench Press (5 x 45lb) x5
Barbell Row(5x 45lb) x 5

90 seconds between sets.

Damn, feel sore in my legs. Guess I get that for never seriously squatting before.

I think I'll upload videos of me doing the exercises, just to get feedback on form. I need to get the form down pat before I progress onto heavier weights to avoid injury.
 
First session of Gracie Defense Systems. 1 hour. Legs still sore from yesterday.

Nothing officially, but I did move parts of the stage around to set up the pep rally tomorrow. So moving furniture and carrying unshapely objects count as working out today?

Thought I could go a little harder since I am not working out for the next two days.

0715- Official pt today. Ran/walked 1.5 miles on outdoor track. Not the best idea because it was very cold outside and I didn't have long pants or jacket.
