Yo check 1 2 its time to kick this shit off..
Morning 9:30am- 1 bowl of soup(chicken, broccoli,kumara,lentals,black beans,spinnich, garlic) and 2 eggs.
11:30am- Mackeral on 2 pieces of toast.

Lunch edit: a bit later than usual as i got caught up, which also meant i had to hold on to a fat log for an hour longer than i should have. I released some stinky gas due to holding on. I did it around other people and i did not care.
2pm-Pita bread with can of smoked tuna, lettuce and salami.
1 bowl of chicken soup as above.
1 tamarillo
1 kiwi fruit.
I will probebly have 1 egg as a snack before dinner.
