My last 7 5dimes payout request all denied even tho it says 10k daily unlimited btc withdraws on their payout page.

in the email their reason was "currently we have low or none availability to process these payments for non-depositors customers."

crazy guy on live chat also gave me a huge attitude and told me im banned from using btc payout method because i havent deposited with btc since last year...

I been using only bitcoin deposit and payout last few year, even than my last cash out still take a bit over a week. I believe some site will run, like a bank run. Gl to gambler who have money on site that have not been around for awhile.

During the pandemic with sports being shut down! The payout each site I experience.
BetOnline - solid and super fast
Pinnacle - solid and fast
5dimes - solid but slow
Sportsbook - 10 days and still waiting.

What is the reason why 5dimes let some customer use bitcoin and other don't? I am from Canada, I am restrict to use bitcoin. Not sure why some people happy to see you fail ....lol.

Sportsbook said payout is delay due to pandemic, it will take anywhere from 5-9 business days. It is now 11 business days.

I am surprise no one is complain about payout or pay out window. Everyone is getting their money out no problem?
 
btc and checks still getting declined lol

also limited to 50 on ufc bets 25 on props... other sports lowered as well
