The Great Beyond - where is it?

Sometimes one of my threads ends up on the great beyond, which i presume is another name for the garbage heap?
Anyway i just went to my last thread that went there, noticed that TGB is under General Discussion, but when i look in the list of forums under General Discussion i don't see TGB, so where do people access this forum? Or are they not supposed to?
