No idea how I’m doing BW wise, but my caloric intake has drastically decreased now that I make all my meals, about 700 fewer/day, so about 1lb per week less.
Squat felt fine, no issues moving, felt strong, good speed.
Bench less fine, bit slower feeling. Will bench thrice/week to get good volume in.

BW is declining. Been a wild ride of 2020. Started around 320, by August I was around 270, by December I was at 310. Mostly due to physical activity being limited by weather/availability of equipment. On Jan 2 I cut out most carbs, am tracking food again. This morning I was 286.

I don’t know when all this will end, but I have to learn to be okay with doing things that aren’t SBD...well I guess just the SB part. 10 years ago I was training for a marathon, I was 180-190 and just started doing a few lifts to try to maintain some muscle and caught the iron bug.

While not my preference (I would rather be squatting with a barbell) I don’t want to be a big guy who “used to be strong” and then die because I couldn’t adapt.

also...that workout was trash. My conditioning was non existent.

Drove for about 13 hours yesterday. I feel it today. Scale said 284 yesterday. Will not be weighed until Saturday or Sunday. Interested to see if this trip impacts me at all.

Bodyweight is between 270-280 now. Gyms possibly reopen on Feb 8. Not sure if that is a definite at this point.

KB Swing x500 all sets of 50. My forearms were fatigued.
 
Still swinging my kettlebell. Gyms reopened, so started lifting, although nothing worth logging. I bought a stationary bike that arrived today and I took it on its maiden spin.

Down about 40ish lbs since December.
 
Been alternating squat/bench/KB days.
Not really following a program since gym closure is still likely to happen. But it’s nice to just push some weight. I only have the one KB, yesterday I was doing double KB swings at the gym and it was more comfortable than the single KB. So I may need to get a pair of lighter bells to go with the 24kg one I have.

I bought a stationary bike and have been starting and ending my days with a ride.

Consistently between 265 and 270 now. Was around 300-320 in November, still have a ways to go, but it’s progress.
