Last night was the first real injury I've had in around three months of training Simple and Sinister, 5 - 6 days per week. During my fourth set of Swings, I started to feel a sharp pain on the inside of my right knee. I rested for a couple of minutes, but my knee started hurting again as soon as I started my fifth - and final - set.

It may simply be an RSI caused by the volume of Swings, which averages 500 reps per week. With other exercises such as TGU, Clean and Press Goblet Squats etc on top of that.

I'll take a few days off and see how I feel after that.

ETA: I've decided to continue with Simple & Sinister. It's a good, solid program and I don't want to give it up the first time I hit a bump in the road.
