Hey, don't want this to sound rude but why don't you push the weights heavier?
Seems like you make improvements session to session or week to week within a block but then at the start of the next block you go back to the same starting spot.

I haven't been able to train regularly since the gyms closed a year ago. A couple of times the restrictions have been lifted, but never long enough for me to make significant progress before we're shut down again.

A few weeks ago, they allowed us to start training outside, as long as it was only a couple of people and social distancing was observed. This is my first time back at the gym since December, and I'm lucky if I get two sessions a week. So I have to err on the side of caution in order to avoid injury.
