First time back in the gym since I caught COVID. It's left it's mark on me. I don't feel as strong as I did a week ago, and I was very tired after only a relatively light workout.
 
Ease in to it. Might be short on breath for a few weeks trying to get lungs back.

Yeah, I'm taking it slow. Even back at work, I noticed I was aware of the weights of certain items that I used to pick up and move without thinking.
