Notes back started to feel the shrugs so I didn't do the last set. Otherwise pretty good day.

Threw my back out at 16, I go through bouts of back pain regularly. However this is the longest in a long time I've had this discomfort.

Notes

Back is still a little sketchy but upper body stuff doesn't scare it too badly. First time doing t bar rows as well. Alot easier on the erectors compared to pendlay rows.

Took some time off from weight lifting. A week to be exact. I keep up with my cardio doing about 17 total miles for the week not including basketball on sunday. Back started to get tight toward the end so I sat out the last game. Still waiting on my appointment to get an x-ray and cat scan. l will be lowering my overall volume by switching to a 3 day a week program And rotating leg press and deadlifts for my lower body stuff.

Next week I begin my cut. Not sure how far i will drop but am planning on driving to about 175-185. Nothing to harsh. Back feels good. Still looking for a pt to help strengthen my back and knees.

Notes : not my best workout kinda did a bastardized version of both Wednesday and today. My work schedule was all over the place so this week.

This week marks the end of my cycle. I'm not to sure how i feel about my progress this time around. Bodyweight is the same and the numbers don't reflect a huge increase in strength.

Will be doing 351 plus jokers and 5x5 of fsl if my schedule continues to look like this 2 full body workouts may be in the cards.

Feels good to do hit a pr. Sub max work is for the base but nothing beats moving a weight that you previously couldn't . 155 went up easy i see 160 in my near future.

Notes: haven't deadlifted this heavy in a long time. Keeping the volume low to avoid any back set backs. Haven't seen 400 on a deadlift in maybe 5-8 years. I want it.
