The Official "Show your Stuff" Thread:

Those AI chassis are steep. That was about 1g in '12 if I remember correctly. The newer AI chassis start at 1g and go up. They're great but I think for the price there's options that more than get the job done at a lower price.
Ah damn.

Guess I’ll keep looking at the KRG I was looking at

My Carter Cutlery knife. It has both a belt and neck sheath. Made by the man himself.

Thats what I bought last Friday. I don't really need anymore pistols. I've got so many. I just liked the color scheme but it is my new concealed carry pistol.

Springfield XDS9 Mod2
Price was $430

My bardiche. Made it myself. Spring steel edge, mild steel body, stained and oiled hickory haft. The blade has been etched with veingar and salt to give it an aged look.

Got my first 1911 today:

Springfield Armory milspec. Bought at a locally owned store. I knew I wanted a milspec type for the simplicity, and because they’re usually easier on the wallet. They didn’t carry Rock Island Armory, which would have been a siesta on the wallet, but had the Springfield, and I like the white dot sights on it. Lighter than I thought it would be.

Also, picked this up at the Sportsman’s Warehouse across the street:

Girsan Regard. Turkish made Beretta 92 clone. Nicely made, fits my smallish hands surprisingly well, and I read that the specs are identical to Beretta’s, so this can take upgrades for Berettas. Will do more research before trying, though.

My 3 p80s so far. Gotta do an FDE to complete the set. Hoping to get one of the strike industries frames.

This is Springfield Armory's Saint Victor. Chambered in .556 with a 16" barrel and a very crisp nickel boron coated single-stage flat trigger. Simple, light in weight, and very comfortable to move around.

Extras:
EoTech XPS2-0 (with Holosun's HM3X magnifier)
Magpul bipod
Basic quick-adjust two-point sling with some modifications made

What exactly am I skirting? My weapon is 100% Federal and State compliant “currently”. If I take your suggestion on the VFG, I get arrested for an AW violation.

I did take it down though, because “currently”, the ATF is once again being funny about braces with manufacturers.

Anything less than 26" in a pistol configuration with a brace and forward grip is classified as AOW and requires ATF approval.

I'm currently building a Mk 18 pistol clone and while I WANT To file the paper work to SBR it and put a nice vertical BCM grip on it.... there's a part of me that doesn't want to go through the trouble of the paper work and wait.

BUT THEN, I see what ATF did with the Q Honey Badger and I'm like "fuck, I may have to do that"

The wait time on my last 3 sbr's was around 30 days. E-filing made it so easy.
