The way Jones' testing and sentencing went exposed the whole process as biased, untrustworthy, and amateurish. I would almost prefer we go back to a more lenient testing regime since now only people who can afford the latest synthetic steroids (Romero, etc.) which can beat the tests and the lawyers to draw the process out and dissimulate in attempts to procure lighter sentences (Jones, etc.).

Honestly if it was optional and he had a REAL intention to show how,whatever happened With him BEFORE WAS A MISTAKE,he would do it on his free will.

The positive tests,lying to the ACs,running away from the educational classes.
