Well, anatomically speaking, you are incorrect. The head may form large to accommodate the brain during anatomical development, but that is not what happened here.

HGH actually grows the skull- it happened to Barry Bonds also. Both ended up with this massive skull and a tiny brain floating around in it. Tito is a bit different in the way his head grew than Bonds though- Tito has that forehead overhang where he could smoke a cigarette in the rain and not get the tobacco wet.

I know what you mean though- when you look at a head that big, you would assume that the person could actually put a sentence together, but.....

On TUF 3 (I think) he didn't sound like a complete moron. Definitely seems to have gotten worse over time to me.

I feel like I'm pretty sure Rampage said it but it could very well have come from Tank.

Also for anyone that thinks his head being huge is any sort of exaggeration, I met Tito in person at a grappling tournament that he ran (and competed in, and he totally ducked me)
