Too many threads spammed by the same few users. How about limiting thread creation?

Limit the amount of threads users can create each day. Maybe higher belts are allowed to start more threads per day?

It's hard reading the Heavies, when the same 3 neophytes post the same threads over and over.

I was hete to post the same. I feel there are multiple accounts that spam hype threads about Russians. It feels a bit like propaganda and it makes The Heavies way less interesting. Probably hard to find a good solution, but mainly wanted to bring it to ur attention
