I know a fair chunk about macros, but minimal about micros.

Where I live (Thailand) it can be hard to find western brands and sometimes information is a bit scarce, especially during covid time.

I found this at a local drug store and was wondering if someone could tell me if it is decent with regard to bioavailability and volumes of certain things or if I'd be throwing money away?

1st phorm microfactor is great but expensive. Everything in there.

Pretty much all multivitamins are complete ass will only add a quarter of the rda for some things and way too much of others, then there's the whole body not absorbing the nutrients problem

Multi vitamins are not worth it,

Plug ur shit into cronometer and see what ur lacking

I take calcium, probiotics, fish oil and bcaas individually across the day. I've personally never trusted most multivitamins as far as actually being effective. But a few of my friends do, and swear by them
